Understanding the Need
Most people coming to this website page today are coming seeking a remedy that they had been told or advised, that “Expatriation”or “renunciation of citizenship” is the answer to their ills and woes in the United States of America, mainly because of global taxation. The excessive and burdensome regulations can be very debilitating for a US citizen.
The cost of achieving economic citizenship in a foreign country can range on an average of between $100,000-$200,000. And that is after a heavy exit tax that you will pay on all your belongings that have been sold in your ALL CAPS name.
Before the good news a little history first..
There are two distinct citizenships here in America and they're documented in Supreme Court and Appellate Court cases that say this. Another way to say this is that there are two classes of people or persons, one is the freeman and one is the slave, if you guessed that the US citizen is the slave you are correct. In 1868 with the enactment of the 14th amendment to the Constitution, a new class of persons was created by Congress and is categorized as property and a franchise of the federal government. With this they could regulate every aspect of their lives in the future. So welcome to the future. Almost all of the oppressive debilitating regulations that are promulgated by the “deep state” or if you rather “executive state” bureaucrats are found in the 50 titles of the CFR. This is very important to comprehend, because the rights that you have guaranteed by the Constitution and given to you by God are
not where the executive state bureaucrats operate from. The only time they refer to the Constitution is when they are in trouble not you. The 50 titles of the Code of Federal Regulations came in after the 1868 14th amendment. At this point in time we have around 500 agencies that operate out of those 50 titles, just to give you one example, title 26 is the IRS code.

About the Process
As an Article 1 Section 10 consultant, I have been in the consulting arena for 22 years helping entrepreneurs and those with the mindset to be free to arrange their affairs so that they can operate within a constitutional construct rather than be constantly guided by those who would keep them oppressed.

Correcting the Record
At a minimum you need to attend a one hour educational course that define terms, legalese and supreme court and appellate court cases that have to do with your citizenship status.
✓ You will have a new understanding of how the Code of Federal Regulations is used to control almost every aspect of your life and you will understand how they gained jurisdiction to do it.
✓ You will be given instructions and examples on how to fill out a properly executed affidavit.
✓ You will be given instructions on how to properly download and fill out the proper government form for acquiring a new corrected passport card and book.
✓ You will be getting instructions on what additional forms of identification and pictures you will need to submit at your interview with the application official.
✓ Then you will wait to receive your official documents from the secretary of states office in the mail usually about 30 to 60 day.
You will learn how to “weaponize” your documents so that you have the highest probability to stay out of their jurisdiction in court.
Before you proceed to executing the proper documents
you should be able to answer these questions.
